Otjiwarongo Service Station CC (OSS) is operating a Caltex branded fuel retail outlet (FRO) at the corner of the B1 highway road and West street in the town of Otjiwarongo. An ECC was granted to OSS in August 2018 which had since expired and remains lapsed until OSS management was alerted to the expiry of its ECC by officials from the line Ministry who visited the FRO recently. The ECC is therefore required to ensure that the site operates with the provisions of the Environmental Management Act by having a valid ECC.
